While face-to-face meetings are the gold standard, our staff are technologically enabled to work remotely in case of a need for confinement or spread prevention. In Texas, the state, counties, and municipalities may have different standards and rules when it comes to COVID-19. Blue Willow is focused on client health and safety, and we will not compromise our standard of care in pursuit of this goal. Due to safety considerations related to COVID-19, if the client and family desire then every effort will be made to conduct group and family meetings via teleconference or other electronic forms.
In summary, we understand the seriousness of the COVID-19 illness and will continue to actively monitor the situation for any changes in condition that may cause us to update our response plan.
