He is passionate about managing and directing your unique and individual recovery plan and working closely with clients and families towards achieving every client’s goal of living and loving life while abstinent from alcohol and drugs.
The Blue Willow program is dedicated to Dr. Lalonde’s beloved son Ricardo Lalonde who recently passed away from medical complications caused by alcoholism just after his fortieth birthday.
Nicknamed "the Ironman" for his tireless commitment to excellence and unfailing drive to do the very best for his clients, Dr. Lalonde has a legendary work ethic. From the start of his career to this very day he has risen at 3:00 AM and always has gone directly to work, every day including weekends and holidays. Dr. Lalonde knows that being of service to his clients, much like maintaining recovery, is defined by discipline and day-to-day effort and it is clear as long as he is working this will never change.
